The service

sii{me} is an AI-native, human-backed hiring platform that structures professional and opportunity information, supports consent-based introductions, and helps people manage a hiring process. sii provides decision support; people and employers make every employment decision.

Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only your own account. Identity verification confirms that a real person controls an account; it does not certify professional credentials, employment history, education, licenses, skills, or every Passport statement.

Talent is free

Talent never pays to join, build a Passport, gain visibility, match, receive an introduction, or accept employment. Talent Advocate Mode is also free. Payment never improves match ranking or access.

Hiring companies

Hiring managers must have authority to represent their company and must accurately disclose approved headcount, compensation, process, and decision ownership. Before a live introduction, the company must separately accept the applicable versioned commercial agreement and establish an approved billing method.

Company plans and fees

Network entry and Passports are free for talent and hiring leaders. Talent never pays to join, match, gain visibility, receive an introduction, or accept a job.

Free network entry. Activate an approved direct-employer role for $2,500 for a 90-day search, then pay 20% of starting annual base salary after the hire completes 30 days.

Portfolio Partnership is $18,000 per year, including six Role Activations, workshops, office hours, and aggregate hiring reporting. Participating portfolio companies pay a 12% outcome fee after 30 completed employment days. Both outcome fees are based on starting annual base salary.

Direct employers and portfolio partners receive separate signed terms that confirm the service scope, fees, payment terms, and replacement commitment.

Partners receive aggregate reporting only, without private member data. Details are available in Company plans & pricing.

Fair and lawful hiring

Users may not discriminate, harass, retaliate, misrepresent an opportunity, request protected information for an unlawful purpose, or use sii{me} to make an unlawful employment decision. Protected demographic answers remain voluntary and separated from matching and evaluation.

AI decision support

MatchProof and other generated analysis may be incomplete or wrong. Users must review evidence, correct errors, provide reasonable accommodations, and apply job-related criteria consistently. sii{me} may pause automation or require human review when confidence, safety, accessibility, or legal compliance is uncertain.

Privacy and acceptable use

You may use information revealed through mutual consent only for the relevant professional or hiring purpose. Scraping, bulk export, resale, stalking, credential sharing, impersonation, spam, security testing without permission, and attempts to bypass privacy or billing controls are prohibited.

Suspension and termination

sii{me} may restrict matching, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or close access when verification fails, an invoice is overdue, a safety report requires investigation, legal obligations require it, or these Terms are breached. Users may request account deletion subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and financial-record retention requirements.

What we cannot guarantee

sii{me} does not guarantee a match, interview, offer, hire, employee performance, retention, or the accuracy of user-provided information.
