Standard
Our launch target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA across core signup, Passport, verification, matching, messaging, interview, agreement, billing, privacy, and support journeys.
Supported interaction
Core actions are designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic labels, screen readers, zoom, reduced motion, sufficient contrast, clear errors, and alternatives to voice, camera, recording, or timed interaction.
Hiring accommodations
Hiring managers must provide a clear way to request reasonable accommodations. A person may request a non-recorded, text-based, human-reviewed, or otherwise accessible alternative without being penalized by match ranking.
